Concept in active development — from the founder's working notes.

PitchPerfect is an early-stage vision for pitch decks and prototypes built differently: instead of a deck that gets overwritten slide by slide, every text block and every visual becomes its own linked, versioned node. Nothing here is shipped yet — this is a direction being prototyped inside Obsidian, as one holon within the In-Flow(.info) knowledge-flow ecosystem.

Nodes, not slides

The core idea, close to the founder's own words: everything in PitchPerfect is linked. Every piece of text has a node, and every visual potentially has a node too. Each one can be updated on its own, saved on its own, and carries its own version history — instead of one flat slide, or a whole deck, getting replaced every time something changes.

One repo, many decks

A use case driving the design, from a [redacted team member] on the project: turn the Obsidian node repo into a source that can be called up and remixed — with AI assistance — into pitch decks shaped for whoever is in the room.

One repository of nodes, many audience-specific outputs — instead of a new deck rebuilt from scratch each time.

Prototyping in Obsidian, one small step at a time

Early experimentation is happening inside Obsidian, using its canvas and "advanced canvas" slide features as a testbed — not as polished as a purpose-built canvas tool yet, but enough to play with the idea: a node that covers and encompasses a slide.

  1. Export nodes as images first — the deliberately low-tech starting point.
  2. If that PDF-based workflow holds up, automate it through APIs, or directly inside canvas.

An eye on what could stand alone

Alongside the prototype work sits an open question: whether pieces of what emerges here are already reusable enough to be surgically extracted as open source — as opposed to becoming so tangled together with everything else that pulling out any one part breaks the whole. No extraction has happened yet; it's a stated curiosity, not a roadmap commitment.

Part of a larger flow

PitchPerfect is one holon inside In-Flow(.info), an umbrella category for tools meant to let information move without friction. SilkNotes handles the pure note-taking interface; PitchPerfect, SenseMeet, and Heliocalendar sit alongside it, each reaching beyond the outliner into its own kind of flow.

Even the shape of that umbrella is still being worked out: the founder's own notes flag In-Flow(.info) as possibly more of a category than a holon in its own right, and list "how distinct is this from SilkNotes" as an open question rather than a settled answer.

Where this stands

PitchPerfect's internal tracking currently lists a [redacted team member] as its one team member. There's no public roadmap, team page, or launch date yet — everything on this page is drawn directly from the founder's own working notes, not a finished plan.
